Entry Level Software Developer

As a national nonprofit focused on developing the next generation of tech talent, LaunchCode is working with multiple hiring partners to create an on-ramp to the tech industry for people who have the skills to work in technology, but just need an opportunity.

Our full-time paid apprenticeship program has launched thousands of new technology careers. Whether you’re self-taught, formally trained, switching careers, or a recent grad, we’re ready to help you launch your tech career. We help job seekers enter the tech field by matching driven, qualified workers from all different types of backgrounds with employers experiencing a shortage of talent. Candidates are carefully matched with hiring companies for compatibility in technical skills, soft skills, workplace fit, and drive. Pay

This apprenticeship pays $20 per hour, with a $5 per hour rase after six months.
Most LaunchCode Apprentices are offered a full-time hire role at the end of the apprenticeship period, with average starting salaries between $60,000 – $65,000 annually.
