Our Fellowship

You have tech skills, and a desire to help your community. You want to build your network, gain hands-on leadership experience, and take the next step in your career. LaunchCode Tech Leadership Fellows guide a small group of students as their principal education and support point of contact throughout LaunchCode programs, while simultaneously refining their own professional development goals. The team leadership experience will provide the opportunity to grow your own leadership, people management, and group facilitation skills.

Fellows then serve as a team lead in one of LaunchCode's core learning programs (6-8 paid hours per week for 20-40 weeks), while working towards personally-defined career development objectives with the support of mentors in the community.
